Program Overview

The Qi.Golf Ambassador Program rewards members who share the Qi.Golf experience with their golf buddies. When you help two friends become Annual Members, you earn a free year of membership (12-month extension), effectively doubling your membership from 12 months to 24 months.

This creates a win-win-win scenario:

How It Works

Step 1: Become an Ambassador

All Annual Members are automatically eligible to participate in the Ambassador Program. There's no application or approval process—simply share your unique referral link with friends.

Step 2: Share Your Referral Link

Once you become an Annual Member, you'll receive a unique referral link (e.g., qi.golf/join?ref=yourname). Share this link with your golf buddies via:

•Email

•Text message

•Social media

•In-person conversations

Step 3: Your Friends Join

When two of your friends use your referral link to purchase an Annual Membership at the current rate, you qualify for your reward.

Important Qualification:

•Referrals must purchase the Annual Membership (not the 30-Day Training)

•Referrals must use your unique link at checkout

•Referrals must be new customers (not existing members)

Step 4: Receive Your Reward

Once your second referral's payment is processed, you automatically receive a 12-month extension to your membership. If you have 6 months remaining on your current membership, you'll now have 18 months total.

Step 5: Help Your Friends Do the Same

The real magic happens when you help your two new members recruit their own friends. This creates exponential growth where everyone benefits:

To attend any Members-Only Experience (regardless of location), you MUST:

1. Be an Active Annual Member in good standing

2. Have completed the 30-Day Foundational Sequence

3. Have earned your Blue Badge

This requirement applies to everyone—whether you paid full price, used a discount code, or earned free membership through referrals. The Blue Badge ensures that everyone attending an Experience has the foundational training and is prepared for the intensive work we'll do together.

How We Track Referrals

Kajabi automatically tracks referrals through your unique link. When someone clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you receive credit for that referral.

You can view your referral status at any time from your member dashboard:

•Number of referrals who purchased

•Your progress toward your next reward (0/2, 1/2, 2/2)

•Total months of free membership earned

You'll receive automatic email notifications when:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I refer someone who already purchased the 30-Day Training?

No. Referrals only count when someone purchases the Annual Membership. However, if someone purchased the 30-Day Training and later upgrades to the Annual Membership using your link, you'll receive credit.

What if someone uses my link but doesn't purchase right away?

The referral cookie lasts for 30 days. If they purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, you get credit.

Can I combine this with other discounts?

Your referral link works with any public discount codes (like the 50% off call discount). Your friend still gets the discount, and you still get credit.

What if I refer more than 2 people?

Every 2 referrals earns you another 12-month extension. Refer 4 people, get 24 months free. Refer 6, get 36 months free. There's no limit.

Does the 12-month extension start immediately?

The extension is added to your existing membership. If you have 8 months remaining, you'll now have 20 months remaining.

Can I refer someone who lives in another state or country?

Absolutely! The training is 100% online, so anyone anywhere can join. They'll still need to complete the 30-day sequence and earn their Blue Badge to attend Experiences.

What if one of my referrals cancels their membership?

If a referral cancels within the first 30 days, the referral credit is reversed. After 30 days, the credit is permanent.
