The first few days you'll learn the motions. After that you'll begin to make your daily practice second nature. After 30 days, you'll begin to swing the club with less effort and get better and better results.

After awhile you'll need to decide, "what's next?"

If you choose, you continue using these videos. You'll be successful if you continue the routines daily.
